SIA AB ways provides accounting services to companies in Latvia. I have been keeping accounts since 2001, and since 2003 I have been a member of the board and the accountant of SIA AB ways.
I carry out the company’s day-to-day work myself — from checking documents and recording transactions to calculating taxes, filing tax returns and preparing the annual report. You work directly with me, so you have one permanent contact person who has a thorough understanding of the specifics of your business.

A legal education is useful in accounting, because recording transactions, assessing supporting documents, calculating taxes and preparing reports are all closely tied to legal requirements.
Accounting is more than entering figures. Every transaction must be reflected according to its substance, the supporting documents must be checked, and the requirements and deadlines set by law must be met. That is why I pay attention both to the accuracy of the accounting data and to the compliance of transactions with the applicable requirements.
Communication takes place mostly by email and documents are exchanged electronically, so the accounting can be handled remotely for any company in Latvia.
In my accounting work I use self-developed tools and an accounting program. This allows me to adapt processes to specific bookkeeping needs and to automate repetitive tasks.
After processing the data, I upload the information to an online system to which my clients are given access. Company representatives can view their accounting data themselves.
If you need more than day-to-day accounting, we can also agree on compiling financial data, preparing reports and analysing financial results.
The accounting data reflect the company’s transactions and liabilities, and the bookkeeping complies with the applicable legal requirements.
I inform you about tax liabilities, missing documents and any problems found. For the accounting to be correct, timely and accurate information from you is also important.
I plan my work around the deadlines for processing documents, calculating salaries, paying taxes and submitting reports.
I mainly work with Latvian limited liability companies (SIA), including trading and e-commerce companies, freight forwarding companies and professional service providers.
The services suit companies that want to entrust their accounting to one responsible specialist and see their accounting and tax obligations clearly.
From my business partners I expect timely submission of documents and readiness to comply with the requirements set by Latvian law.
