To apply VAT reverse charge, selling goods to another European Union country:
The goods must be exported from Latvia to another European Union country.
The buyer must have a valid VAT number another European Union country.
You can check if the buyer has a valid VAT number. Enter (paste) the VAT number and click on "Check VAT number".
